Online fraudsters can seek you out anywhere and are constantly devising new ways to scam you and your loved ones. Use the following best practices to help you take preventive action to immediately protect your information.
- In the event you think your account(s) have been compromised, place a credit freeze with all credit bureau agencies. This will stop others from opening new accounts and borrowing money in your name. You can do this with the three major credit bureaus by phone or online.

- Change Your Passwords
- Change your passwords every 30 to 60 days and consider using multi-factor authentication when you can.
