At FGB, we know that great employees are the key to keeping our customers' trust. We truly believe that our team members are our greatest asset, and their professionalism and dedication prove it every day. We encourage open communication and aim to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to share new ideas and innovations that help us excel. As we grow, we want YOU to join our team and help us serve the banking needs of our local communities.
Community banks play a big part in making the communities we’re in successful. We give back in more ways than just lending money. We also lend our hands.
All First Guaranty Bank employees volunteer at least five hours a year to an event that is important to us and get paid to do it (which is double the reward). Every employee is given a FGB Gives Back T-shirt to wear to their volunteer event, and you can even pair the shirt with jeans! Worn all day long, this attire serves as a visible symbol of our commitment to the community and people in it.
Once employed you are immediately a member of our corporate team and will recognize a feeling of belonging and value. You also get some pretty neat benefits too!
