Business Loans

FGB has a variety of loans that will help you with your business.  Just take a look below at a few of the loans we offer.  To receive more information or to apply for any of these loans, please visit your local branch.

Automobile Loans

Everyone looks for a great price when they purchase a new or used vehicle but do they look for a great interest rate? Once you settle on your vehicle’s price your next step is to pay for it. First Guaranty Bank offers competitive loan rates on both new and used cars, trucks, SUV’s, crossovers and mini-vans from a dealer or individual of your choice. Applying for financing is fast and easy.

Term Loans

FGB offers three types of term loans:

Unsecured Loans - A loan for which you do not offer any collateral.  This loan is great to consolidate your debt, take a dream vacation and more.

CD Secured Loans - A loan that uses your certificate of deposit as collateral.  This loan gives you on-the-spot approval with one of the lowest interest rates available, all while you continue to earn interest on your CD.

Asset Secured Loans - A loan that is secured against your business assets such as real estate, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable, etc. This loan allows you a lower rate of interest and a flexible repayment period.

Real Estate Loans

The purchase of real estate is a sound decision.  FGB has the experience and lending power to assist you with all your real estate ventures.  From residential homes to investment-grade properties, FGB is your first and last stop for all your lending needs.

Interim Construction Loans

We are a leader in construction lending.  With an expert knowledge of construction lending requirements, we have streamlined the loan process.  Draw funds as needed to pay contractors and suppliers.  When the building is completed, the loan is paid off with proceeds from permanent financing.  Most construction loans are granted after permanent financing has been arranged.
