  • Date and amount of last 6 deposits (including ACH)
  • Date and amount of last 6 checks posted (including ACH)
  • Transfer money between authorized accounts
  • Current and previous years interest on interest-bearing accounts
  • Request fax copy of checking statement

Savings Accounts

  • Account balance
  • Date and amount of last 6 deposits and last 6 withdrawals (including ACH)
  • Transfer money between authorized accounts
  • Current and previous years interest on interest-bearing accounts
  • Request fax copy of savings statement

Certificates of Deposit

  • Maturity date on certificates of deposit
  • Current and previous years interest on interest-bearing accounts

Loans

  • Principal balance on Loans
  • Loan interest paid in current and prior years
  • Loan payment information
